The efficient, friendly staff were amazing with my 92 year old mother. They also kept me "in the picture". I cannot fault them, a brilliant service. They had mum laughing which she hadn't done for days which was so lovely. They were all kind and arranged for hospital at home to continue her treatment.

I felt very comfortable and at ease talking about embarrassing problems. I have been so nervous but as I now know my next appointment will be with the same nurse I am feeling comfortable. I also felt like I was listened to attentively which is very important.
